Many years of designing, manufacturing and servicing composite equipment have taught us an uncompromising approach to maintaining strength, temperature resistance and flexibility. We have engaged the best specialists in Europe to calculate the strength of the laminate and silo supports. At first, the necessary silo models were created, which were then repeatedly corrected after calculations and tests. In order to create a truly new generation of equipment, we have done important work by researching existing solutions on the market for temporary storage and transport of feed. In this way, we have created a new generation silo that takes into account the shortcomings of previous generations and guarantees the highest quality of both the silo itself and its filling.

In order to confirm the results of mathematical modeling, fullscale silo tests were carried out, during which the deformations occurring in the structural elements of the silo were measured and their compliance with the theoretical model was tested. The polyester-glass laminate from which the silo shell is made is characterized by considerable thickness, which, combined with the low thermal conductivity of glass fiber, prevents overheating of feed mixtures, which helps to preserve their nutritional properties. The inner surfaces of Yasla silos are covered with a layer of paraffin, which prevents the feed from settling on the inner surfaces. The outer surface of the silo is covered with a strong layer of a special coating, which will protect the silo shell material from getting wet and from sunlight for many years. The white color of this protective layer also helps to reduce the heating of both the silage husk and the feed.
